Scissortail Running offers running readiness screenings and state-of-the-art 3D Gait Analysis. We are proud to be an official testing site for RunDNA, developers of the RunDNA Motion Analysis System. Using this cutting-edge system created by physical therapists and tested on hundreds of athletes from weekend warriors to Olympians, we can create a 3D rendering of your form. This data is then used to create an incredibly detailed report that breaks down every aspect of your gait to identify where your strengths and weaknesses lie. You can then either get started on a complimentary gait retraining program to prevent future issues and become a more efficient athlete, or take your report to your doctor or physical therapist to help you attack injuries and get back to running as soon as you can.

Nutrition is an absolutely essential part of your training. At Scissortail Running, we can make sure you know that your body has the ingredients it needs to prepare for your next run. We'll look at your training, your aspirations, and your history to help you determine exactly what you need to stay healthy while crushing your goals. Don't worry - we won't tell you what to eat! We just provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to make smart decisions - even if that means keeping your weekly pizza night. After all, the food is one of the perks of being a runner!
